Book Drive for our Adopted School: Sunset Ridge Elementary

To cap off a year of reading virtually with students at Sunset Ridge Elementary, our adopted school, we are having a book drive to send EVERY student at the school home for summer vacation with a book she/he can call her/his own.  Help us reach our goal!!  There are about 425 students at the school and for some this will be the first book they own personally. People can donate new books or money and we will purchase books for the kids. We plan to purchase the books the organization contributes from Scholastic books because for every dollar we spend the school/teachers get credit towards purchasing books for their library/classroom. Contribute whatever you would like, but if you would like to buy books for 5 students, we believe the cost would be about $25, 10 students about $50 and a whole class $150.  Cash donation can be made by mailing your check donation to NCJW Colorado Section PO Box 460892 Denver, CO 80246 or Venmo @ NCJW-ColoradoSection. If you prefer to donate physical books please drop your donations at Patti Jo’s 444 S. Magnolia or Jacqui‘s 6254 S.
