Dr. Naomi Baum, a psychologist specializing in the field of trauma and resilience building. She is the author of several books including Isresilience which examines resilience through many different situations in Israel. She also has taught numerous workshops on building resilience and advised in many communities after a major traumatic event throughout the world. Dr. Baum will share her thoughts on the Israeli response to Covid-19 and how through Covid-19 we all are building and need resilience. It will be a fascinating discussion and we learn how to come out of COvid-19 more resilient. The entire community is invited.
We will also learn about an organization in Israel that helps families experiencing loss build resilience. You can purchase a copy of Dr. Baum’s book Isresilience through NCJW Colorado and all proceeds will go to help these families.
